Terms, privacy & the fine print

Program Status
Non-academic entity
Core MBA is a private business education platform operated as an independent venture. We are not a university, college, or accredited educational institution.
No academic credit
Completing courses does not grant ECTS credits, academic diplomas, or degrees recognized by any government or academic body. Certificates issued by Core MBA represent completion of our proprietary curriculum only.
Professional development
The platform is designed for professional skill development and self-education. It does not qualify for government-sponsored financial aid, tax deductions for formal education, or educational visas.
Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Core MBA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Core MBA. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.
Intellectual property
All course content — including text, video, audio, simulations, quizzes, and frameworks — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, screenshot for redistribution, or resell any content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the platform. You may not use the content to create competing products. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Content updates
Core MBA may update, modify, or remove course content at any time to keep material current and accurate. Access entitles you to the content as it exists at any given time, not to a specific version.
Modifications to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Educational purpose only
Core MBA provides knowledge and frameworks for business education. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes. Business inherently involves risk — results depend entirely on your execution.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making business, legal, or financial decisions.
Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party infrastructure (hosting, payments, authentication). We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by external providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core MBA's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed €100, or the amount paid for any optional add-on services (such as the career-test full report or paid certificates), whichever is greater.
Pricing
Free courses
All 16 courses and 80+ lessons — including theory, video, podcast, simulations, quizzes, and flashcards — are completely free. No subscriptions, no one-time fees, no credit card required.
Optional paid add-ons
Some optional services may be offered for a fee (for example, an extended career-test report or a paid certificate). These are clearly marked at the point of purchase and are entirely optional.
Payment processing
When an optional paid service is offered, payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Core MBA does not store your credit card details. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Currency
Any optional paid services are listed in Euro (€). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees depending on your location and payment method.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect your email address (for authentication), course progress data, quiz scores, and basic usage analytics. We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address unless you provide it voluntarily.
How we use it
Your data is used to personalize your learning experience, track progress, and improve the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and Vercel Analytics (anonymous usage metrics). Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data according to their terms.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic data — no personal identifiers are tracked. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Data security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by row-level security policies. Financial transactions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.3).
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact support@core-mba.pro. We will respond within 30 days. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Jurisdiction
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. For EU-based users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they offer greater protection.
Dispute resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first (support@core-mba.pro). If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
Refund Policy
Free courses
Courses are free, so no refund is needed or applicable.
Optional paid add-ons — 15-day window
If you purchase an optional paid add-on (e.g., extended career-test report or paid certificate) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 15 days of payment — no questions asked. This exceeds the EU's standard 14-day cooling-off period.
How to request
Email support@core-mba.pro with your order number or the email used for purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
